Learn moreGeothermal · ClimateMaster
Cut your heating and cooling bill roughly in half
Geothermal heat pumps use the steady 60° ground under your yard instead of fighting 105° summer air. ClimateMaster builds them 30 minutes up the road in Oklahoma City, and we're one of the few local companies that installs and services them, for both new builds and existing homes.
- Typically 40–60% lower energy costs than conventional HVAC
- No noisy outdoor unit; loops are underground for 50+ years
- We'll check what rebates and incentives apply before you commit
- Perfect fit for custom homes and acreage lots
Why Keeler
The company your neighbors already call
Big outfits from the city charge city prices and send whoever's free. Keeler Heat & Air is one local company that has spent 18+ years earning repeat customers in Washington, Purcell, Goldsby, and the towns around them.
18+ years in Washington
Not a franchise, not a call center. Doug Keeler has run this company out of Washington since 2008, and he still answers the phone himself.
Straight answers, upfront prices
You'll know what's wrong and what it costs before we touch anything. Repair when it makes sense, replace when it doesn't.
Geothermal and new-construction experts
Most HVAC companies won't touch geothermal. We install and service ClimateMaster systems and design HVAC for custom builds.

The owner
Meet Doug Keeler
Doug started Keeler Heat & Air Co. in 2008 with one truck and a simple rule: fix what's broken, explain it plainly, and don't sell people things they don't need. Eighteen years later the rule hasn't changed, and most of the work still comes from neighbors who tell their neighbors.
He works on everything a house needs to stay comfortable, and he specializes in two things most companies in the area won't touch: ClimateMaster geothermal systems and designing HVAC for new custom homes from the plans up.
Building a home?
We design HVAC from the blueprints
Load calcs, duct design, zoning, geothermal or conventional. We work with you and your builder so every room is comfortable on day one, and you never wonder why the back bedroom is always hot.
New construction HVACNew custom construction
Builders and homeowners across McClain County trust us with new homes
New construction HVAC is where shortcuts hide. Undersized returns, ducts crushed in the attic, and a unit picked off a chart cost you comfort and money for decades. We do it the careful way, and we're still around to service it years later.
Washington, Oklahoma
The heat & air company that actually lives here
Washington is a small town, and word travels. Doug has kept the same phone number and the same standards here since 2008, working on homes from the 73093 acreage out to Cole, Dibble, and Goldsby. Summers over 100°, ice storms that take the power out, well-and-septic lots perfect for geothermal: we design and repair for exactly this place.
