  • Ideal for new custom homes, acreage properties, and long-term owners
  • Straight answers on what rebates or incentives currently apply (they change often)

FAQ

Geothermal (ClimateMaster) questions

Does geothermal work in Oklahoma?

Very well. A few feet down the ground stays around 60°F year-round, which is exactly what a ground-source heat pump needs in both our summers and winters.

How long do geothermal systems last?

Indoor units commonly run 20–25 years and the underground loop is typically warrantied for 50.

Can you add geothermal to an existing home?

Yes, if the lot has room for the loop field. We'll evaluate it on a free site visit.
